Partners who make this work commit thirty or more focused hours per week and stay with it for at least six months before seeing meaningful return. Partners who commit less generally see nothing. Every business carries financial risk. You may lose the money you invest, so do not put in money you cannot afford to lose. By applying, you accept those risks and take full responsibility for your own decisions and results.

You are solely responsible for ensuring every message and call you send, or that any client of yours sends, complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and consent laws, Do Not Call obligations, carrier and aggregator rules, and platform terms. You are responsible for confirming valid consent for every contact, honoring opt outs promptly, and completing all required registrations. We do not review or approve your contact lists and we do not give legal advice on consent. You agree to indemnify and hold AI Agencies LLC harmless from any claim, penalty, fine, settlement, or cost arising from messages or calls you send or cause to be sent.

We are not a multi level marketing or network marketing business. Partner earnings come from services delivered to that partner's own clients. Nothing a partner earns from us depends on recruiting other partners.
